I have to make choice. I mean I have no choice actually. Need to find a way for my personal career, and adapt it to the way I want it to be. God knows how hard to find a wanted-job in CQ!

Yah, it has been a long time since the last time I blogged. Besides the internet issue, I want to make everything right and then let everybody knows my current status. However, you will never achieve the right moment.

Things are so complicated of what I am doing  for work. I dont know how and when I can have my own idea for the ongoing business, and the planning of new projects for marketing. Yes, as you can see, I have the ambition to create something awsome, but as I told Gary, currently I am not there yet. so depressing, huh? Because I dont have so much time left….

The good news is, I do get some new friends here, I mean, like the real one. We hang out every weekend, and we have the similar interests on so many things. I want to keep my surroundings laughing, make them feel joy and fun.

This looks like a stupid blog…I will just go back to work now……

有一次，我，好好，和袁菲菲三个人跟一个宝洁的财务经理report项目，我就review当时我负责的项目，然后他给一些comments。印象很深刻的是我们当时的这种项目逻辑好像不是很受待见，他一直在强调我们做这个项目是为了什么，为了一个什么样的purpose在做这样的一个事情。当时被这个问题折磨了很久，就像是我为了什么而生活一样，我把它归结成了一个哲学问题，无解不理会。

 今天在做planning的时候突然顿悟了，当时宝洁FM的思想就是完全一个business的思想，比如说现在我要planning一个项目，肯定是为了我的sales打到多少多少K，我的market share增长多少多少，有fufill多少的potential。因为我要达到这样的目标，所以我必须去推动一个又一个的项目，这才是项目的由来。

NGO果然还是和real buz world 不一样啊。。。。

现在处于快速吸收知识的阶段，各种知识，从管理到战略到OFFICE的运用，有点overwhelmed。

我问我老板，你是在给我上实战版MBA课程吗？

他说，welcome on board

最近提的proposal都被无情的退回来修改，一遍又一遍。。。。弄得我心力交瘁，实在无法再creative了。。。每天面对的data一大堆，我整个眼神都时不时处于放空的状态。

我自己形容我最近的状态是：惹祸上身，因为自己的planning，很多东西要去push，后来莫名其妙一大堆事情都收到头上来做，都是那种费心费力的，还要自己去planning the whole thing，还要让各manager support.

well，今天其实有很多事情，不过老板刚reschedule了meeting，我就先来更新一篇

现在才明白在国外打工的同学有多么的可怜，因为啊我旁边坐了个法国人，尴尬的是我们中间还没有隔板，我一抬头就可以看到他的脸，你可以想想每时每刻我的脸能有多僵！

well，可怜之处在于部门里都没有人跟他闲聊，他的笑话非常之难懂，我都是靠日积月累的演技来跟他回应啊，所以每天其他的法国人找他来聊天时他完全是话甲子如洪水般喷射而出，非常的汹涌。等他们离开之后，会看着我说，stupid fr ench people，我只好又尴尬的冷笑。。。

女巫店说我这周幸运色是白色，本来昨天要去给老板做一个marketing的presentation，白内裤都换上了希望顺利过关，结果very last minute跟我讲rain check到下礼拜，但下礼拜大家都super busy，这个program拖不起了啊，而且我哪还有那么多乱七八糟的衣服来穿呢！

迷信，会培养毅力。。。。

新公司的同事说我是小周迅。。。。。。。咳咳。。。。。关于这件事我觉得自己把它放在心上的这个行为就很不要脸，我好想走到他们面前，刷的拉起我的长裤，让他们看看我的腿是有多么粗壮

最近就很想死啊，各种身材走样皮肤松垮啊，还被告知谁谁谁又变漂亮了啊，你怎么还这样   。而且今天本来安排了blabla一大堆事情做，结果最后还是在家里莫名其妙磨磨蹭蹭，安慰自己说是明天的行程安排很满所以给今天一下缓冲，哈哈哈 ，我真的好懒！

上礼拜有上海香港的同事过来培训，结果过来了好多女生，大家一大早就聚集在一起，大聊3d肉铺团。。。。哈哈哈哈，我今天才发现男主角是演过分手说爱你的男配角！他是如何从文艺到肉欲？但是到目前为止，还是没办法鼓起勇气在卖盗版dvd的小商贩面前说，我要肉铺团

我觉得现在我好像慢慢的走到了自己的轨道上来了，各方面都是。有同行人的陪伴会让人生的旅途更饱满吧，我想

我现在也是。

我上大学以来一直把marketing当一个目标，但却很可笑因为我并不了解什么是所谓的marketing，后来遇见一个KPMG的marketing director，他专门给我们团队做了一个培训，说现在他做的是market，而不是我们想象的marketing。

再后来周围渐渐有认识的人进了FMCG行业的市场部门，自己也去了工业行业的市场部，才发现两种市场部是截然不同的。我也在问自己prefer哪一种，FMCG行业的人跟我讲做B2C的marketing会有意思很多，而B2B的marketing却没那么好玩。

今天对自己到底想做什么这件事情很有感触，因为昨天有人问我prefer哪一种mkt，我害怕对自己说谎话
